ABSTRACT
This final assignment discusses how to design a presence system using selfie photos and web-based geotagging at the Canden Village office. Presence is one of the factors that influences the evaluation of the performance of village officials in serving village communities and the size of the Village Original Income (PAD) allowance obtained by village officials. Currently, there are not many Village Government Agencies that utilize information technology for attendance, many of which still use a manual attendance system, namely by signing on a form that has been provided by the village secretary, which is prone to fraud by leaving attendance when attending or returning from work. So we need a system that can help in processing accurate data in a presence information system. The application of website technology in the online presence system has an active role in informing the presence of Village Officials in real time and is efficient in accelerating the processing of information related to the presence of Village Apparatus. The case study used in this writing is the Canden Village Government Office which focuses on online presence. This system provides fast and accurate information by taking facial photos and determining the location or geotagging points of village officials, so that the results obtained are more precise and in accordance with The needs of the Canden Village Government is a government agency which has obligations, one of which is to provide and improve services to village communities as stated in Law number 6 of 2014. Canden Village has a vision, namely the implementation of a clean Canden Village Government with integrity to create a democratic Canden society, independent and prosperous"
