PEMBUATAN SISTEM PEMESANAN MENU BERBASIS WEB DENGAN METODE RAD PADA RESTORAN SIMO STEAK

This study aims to design and develop a web-based menu ordering system for Simo Steak Restaurant to simplify the ordering process for customers and assist the restaurant in managing order data more efficiently. The development method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), consisting of requirements planning, system design, development, testing, and implementation stages. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to verify functional requirements and System Usability Scale (SUS) to measure user satisfaction. The results showed that all features worked without errors, and the system achieved a SUS score of
78.125, which falls into the Good category, indicating that the system is easy to use and provides a satisfying user experience. Therefore, this system is expected to improve the ordering process efficiency and service quality at Simo Steak Restaurant.
