PERANCANGAN WEBSITE SISTEM PEMESANAN RESPONSIF BERBASIS QR-CODE MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK NUXT.JS (Studi Kasus: Restoran Pulen Palasari)

This research is entitled “Design of a Responsive QR-Code-Based Restaurant Ordering Website Using the Nuxt.js Framework (Case Study: Pulen Palasari Restaurant)”. The research aims to design and implement an ordering system that facilitates customers in selecting menus, placing orders, making payments, and monitoring order status. The system is limited to QR Code-based ordering, cashless payment, order management, and menu recommendations using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method based on price, serving time, and sales volume criteria. The PIECES method was used for system analysis, while the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method was applied for system development. The result of this research is a responsive ordering website that allows customers to scan the QR Code at their table, view available menus, use the menu recommendation feature, manage their order cart, complete checkout, make QRIS or cash payments, and monitor order status. The SAW method is implemented to generate menu recommendations based on the predetermined criteria. Black Box Testing showed that the main functions of the system operated according to the specified requirements. Furthermore, evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) involving 16 respondents resulted in a total score of 1,350 and an average score of 84.375. The SUS score of 84.375 indicates that the system is acceptable and has a high level of usability.
